Razorbacks, wrestlers and Tebow

Caleb Evans
This Arkansas Razorback was at a crossroads when he prayed for guidance. The next day, he received a letter in the mail.

Tim Tebow
The University of Florida quarterback was ready for this question but the reporters weren’t ready for his response! It doesn’t seem like the reporters were ready for University of South Carolina football coach Steve Spurrier to  fess up and admit he didn’t vote Tebow as the best QB in the SEC this  year. I found this  quote interesting from Spurrier: “Tim Tebow is the best quarterback in SEC history. I see Tim Tebow and Danny Wuerffel when history plays out, they will be the best QBs in history. They live the Christian life. Two tremendous leaders.”  That quote says a lot.

Lefty O’Neal
You’ve probably never heard of Dick “Lefty” O’Neal, but he’s in the Hall of Fame now. He’s one of a handful of white players who played in the Negro Leagues. He recently finished a book that the Hall of Fame included in its library. O’Neal said he uses the book as a, “platform for Christ. When I introduce myself, I tell people it’s another book about Christ.”

Ben Utecht
Cincinnati Bengals’ tight-end Ben Utecht is still touring to support the release of his Christian album.

Kevin Black
This former University of Wisconsin All-American recalls his days on the mat at UW and how Athletes in Action impacted his life.
