More Final 4, Dwight Howard and Tony Dungy

Professor to preacher

This is a story about Ken Fentress, who used to spend his days talking about the Gospel with students in Old Testament classes at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. He still spends his days talking about the Gospel, but his audience has shifted to major college basketball coaches like Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski, the University of Louisville’s Rick Pitino and Syracuse’s Jim Boeheim.

Dwight Howard

The Magic star chalks up an award for his off-court efforts.

Legends of the Hardwood
I mentioned it several weeks ago, but since this is Final 4 weekend, the FCA had their
2009 Legends of the Hardwood Breakfast event, which has grown to become one of the premier events of the NCAA Final Four weekend.

Meet Tony Dungy

If any of my fabulous readers (hey, we hit double digits the other day!) win this, I’d love to be your fifth guest. Here’s a solid story on Dungy’s invite to join President Barack Obama’s Faith Council.

High school all-star

This young high school All-American has made quite the name for herself due to her athletics, academics and her faith.

Lacrosse star

Nice story about a former lacrosse player and FCA member who was killed in a car accident.
